45-plus Places to Find Communications and Public Relations Jobs

public relations jobs

Find public relations jobs by looking in professional associations, trade publications and recruiters that specialize in PR; here’s a list.

In early 2011, I published a blog post with “20 places to look for a PR job.” Many of the sources and websites I listed then are gone today – and the links were broken.

I started out trying to fix that post, but it required so much work, I decided it would be better to just start over. The timing is right too as there are a lot of people that will need help.

When I wrote that original post in 2011, the unemployment rate was 8.9%. As I write this post currently, we’re closing in on unthinkable 20% unemployment. Hopefully, it doesn’t last long, and the economy makes a speedy recovery.

To that end, this post is aimed at helping both job seekers and employers in PR and communications find resources for finding or fulfilling job listings. If you have a resource that isn’t listed here, please send me a note or leave a comment on this post so I can look into adding it.
