Corporate Social Media Strategy Framework

I’ve been contemplating a framework for a corporate social media strategy, because I feel creating an integrated and cohesive social media strategy is a challenge with which many marketing and PR people are struggling. This is a concept and a first draft — and I welcome comments for feedback.

One consideration to keep in mind is that I’ve conceptualized this from the perspective of a small- or mid-sized B2B technology company, though it may be applicable elsewhere.
